Casa Enza is located in Porlezza/Como (275 m a.s.l.), to the top of Lugano Lake, in a private street very quiet, with a view on the mountains.

On the back of the house there are the cycle path, the park, the shore (5/10 minutes walking), the restaurant and some shops. The center is at 500 meters, the supermarket is nearby.

The house is 15 km from Lugano (CH), 42 km from Como and 95 km from Milan. The garden is fenced and has 2 free parking places. The house has 2 apartments with indipendent entrances, furnished with care.

Both the apartments has SAT TV, DVD player, microwave, american coffee machine, etc.
